RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nav Trinjan, we take care in creating and providing handmade clothing and textile products, preferably made using organic cotton and traditional materials such as khes, stoles, and other handcrafted products. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and have therefore established the following return and refund policy.

Products purchased from Nav Trinjan are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• The product must not have been washed, altered, stained, damaged, or otherwise used.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.

• Products showing signs of usage or damage attributable to the customer may not be accepted for return or refund.

Customers wishing to return a product should contact Nav Trinjan within 7 days of receiving the order and provide the relevant order details.

Once the return request is accepted, the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the packaging and transportation costs associated with returning the product.

Nav Trinjan may inspect the returned product to verify that it meets the return conditions stated above.

For an eligible and accepted return, Nav Trinjan will refund the product cost paid by the customer.

The packaging and transportation/return shipping costs will not be refunded and shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by Nav Trinjan. The refund will generally be made through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated to the customer.

A return may be rejected if the product has been:

• Used or worn;

• Washed or dry-cleaned;

• Altered, repaired, or modified;

• Stained, torn, or otherwise damaged after delivery; or

• Returned in a condition that is materially different from the condition in which it was received.

As Nav Trinjan's products are handmade and may use natural or organic cotton and traditional textile techniques, minor variations in colour, texture, weave, finish, or appearance may occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and, by themselves, will not be considered manufacturing defects or grounds for a return.

Unless specifically agreed by Nav Trinjan, this policy provides for return and refund of eligible products rather than automatic exchange.

Nav Trinjan reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will govern the relevant order.
