Nav Trinjan offers handmade clothing and textile products, preferably made using organic cotton and traditional materials such as khes, stoles, and other handcrafted products. We take care to ensure that every order is checked and properly packed before dispatch.

Nav Trinjan currently ships across India and accepts orders for delivery only to locations within India.

Working Days

For this Shipping Policy, working days mean Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays observed by Nav Trinjan.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day, and the 1–2 working day dispatch timeline will begin from that day.

Each order undergoes a quality check before dispatch and is dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer.

After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 4–7 days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Therefore, the overall delivery period is generally 5–9 working days from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier-related issues, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, and/or WhatsApp using the contact information provided by the customer.

The shipment can be tracked in real time through the tracking link provided in the shipping notification.

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, Nav Trinjan will endeavour to assist the customer in obtaining updated delivery information from the relevant shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order. Nav Trinjan shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
